Second ranking Officer, responsible training new members and relatively inexperienced officials; supervises pre-season clinics; assumes the duties of the Commissioner when said Commissioner is unable to fulfill their duties until such time they are able to fulfill their duties.  Rules Interpreter

Third ranking Officer, responsible for Association records and correspondence; custodian of the Constitution and all other records and documents; keeps accurate record of meetings, activities and of Executive Committee; maintains accurate and complete roster of members, including address and status; and transmits same to the successor in office; provides notices of meetings as required.

Fourth ranking Officer, responsible for financial policies, procedures, and controls; receives and disburses, with the Association’s approval, all Association funds; keeps an accurate account of all transactions; makes financial reports to the Association and the Executive Committee at each meeting, transmits the accounts and all undistributed funds to the successor in office.
